Roles & Responsibilities Hiring Restaurant Manager We are looking for an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to join our team and to lead all aspects of our business. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be overtaking duties and responsibilities such as, overseeing, coordinating, organising and accessing all operations, restaurant marketing strategies, recruiting and hiring restaurant staff, training, overseeing food quality, developing menus and also motivating staff to provide excellent customer service. You must have excellent management and interpersonal skills as well as experience in a restaurant environment. Able to multitask and remain calm in stressful situations. Responsibilities: Manage and oversee the entire daily restaurant operations Deliver superior service and maximise customer satisfaction Respond to customer complaints efficiently, accurately and professionally Organise and supervise shifts Review product quality regularly Plan and develop overall restaurant marketing strategy Estimate consumption, forecast requirements and maintain inventory Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning products Manage and lead staff Hire new employees Monitor and evaluate staff performance Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations Requirements: Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager, Restaurant General Manager or similar role Proven customer service experience as a manager Extensive knowledge on food & beverages (F&B), with ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff Strong leadership, motivational and people skills Degree in Business Administration, hospitality management and culinary schooling is a plus
