As labelling manager, you will be a part of a highly competent group supporting in the development and maintenance of drug products in matters relating to labelling for the entire organization. The Global Labelling team is part of the Global Regulatory Affairs department, located at Sobi Headquarters in Solna, Sweden. Key Responsibilities Acting as labelling representative in the Product Supply team Planning, creation and maintenance artwork Coordination the proofreading artwork Serving as labelling expert and contact person in relation to internal functions and external stakeholders Knowledge of instructions and guidelines from authorities concerning labelling and artwork and ensuring that the preparation of Sobi artworks is aligned with these Publishing approved product information and artwork on intranet Performing QC check of product information, in particular adhering to the linguistic review process for EU centralized procedure. Participate in our continuous improvement activities Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOP's) related to processes within the team’s areas of responsibility. Qualifications: University degree in Life Science Proficient in graphic software programs such as Adobe Illustrator and InDesign Experience from artworking/labelling within the pharmaceutical industry Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and preferably also in Swedish.
