The Role Junior Test Lab Technician working alongside a team of experienced test engineers, you will provide assistance in the following activities: * Configuration and management of Devices, Applications and SIMs, such as; device operating system updates, application loading, SIM provisioning. * Updating and responsible for managing the mobile device management systems. * Ensure lab requests are internally tracked to avoid duplication. * Maintain the environment utilisation and procedures ensuring activities are updated accordingly. * Coordinate activities in the lab and chamber environment, for example; physical test room capabilities, * LAN connectivity, Radio Frequency (RF) patching and test tools. * Responsible for day- to-day support and troubleshooting hardware / software problems. * Perform system health checks (devices and server applications) * Escorting and liaison with third parties into the test and reference environment. * Triage and initial fault validation. * Liaison with Operational teams to assist with fault resolution. * Offer technical support for Devices, application and SIM’s. Essential Requirements 1. You will have completed anengineering or computer studies degree course 2. Experience of application development or Android, Apple iOS operating platforms (preferred) 3. You must be eligible for Security Clearance 4. Passionate about technology. 5. Good personal and communication skills (written and oral) 6. Must have thorough Windows/MS Office knowledge and Google. 7. Must have demonstrable knowledge of PC hardware and software. If this sound like you we’d love to chat further.
