Roles & Responsibilities Job Responsibilities: To establish systems / guidance in developing, sustaining and improving process capability indices to exceed / meet operations goals. Conduct continuous improvement programs to optimize cost of maintenance and implement improvement projects to upkeep process capabilities and reliabilities To monitor process performance indices on qualified processes and establish good controls to maintain process performance To drive and troubleshoot out-of-control situations, process issues and put corrective actions in place To coordinate the start-up of new equipment processes which involves process characterization and development Work as a team with equipment, integration and manufacturing engineers and external customers to meet modules objectives Establish work procedures, corrective actions and preventions Oversee all Special Test Request, Non Conformance Review, Engineering Abnormal Report status and follow-up actions Manage/drive vendors performance to meet/exceed equipment KPI and goals Ensure productivity improvement through process optimization through the use of quality improvement tools Establish and maintain a good audit system for ISO requirements, internal and QA audit on process documentation Initiate, organize, develop and lead task-force for short term problem solving and long term continuous improvement. Job Requirements: Candidate must possess at least Degree / Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Material Science), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent. Minimum 2 years of working experience in manufacturing environment, preferably in wafer foundry, electronics or Semiconductor industry. Must be willing to work on rotating shift Familiar with QC tools such as PFMEA, DOE, SPC, FTA and etc. Project management and statistical/analytical skills are essential Proficient in MS Office applications (Mainly excel & macros) Meticulous, independent, multi-tasking, sense of urgency and able to work under pressure.
