Job Specifications: Handle inbound/outbound chats/emails from customers. Bring feedback from customers and prospects to make our services better. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills. Strong persuasive skills to international clients. Must possess a tendency to retain pressure. Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships. Highly organized and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Professional, motivated and energetic with strong work ethics and a positive attitude. Must possess the ability to retain clients. Salary Package: PKR 30,000 – 40,000 per month Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree from a HEC recognized university. Experience: Experienced candidates will be preferred. Additional Benefits: Appreciation bonuses, Double Compensation on Public Holidays, Referral Bonus. Shift Details: Rotational Job Type: Full-time Salary: Rs30,000.00 to Rs40,000.00 /month
