Sales Representative Durban Leading Tent manufacturing and Supplier organisation is looking for a strong Sales Representative for their Pinetown branch. A national organisation with a good presence in most major city’s around the country. We are looking for a competitive sales representative to close deals quickly! The successful salesperson will receive leads and will need to close sales to achieve targets, and incentives. The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating their own leads, qualifying prospects and managing sales of products and services. they will also need to research sales competition. Responsibilities · Make sales ! various customer sales methods · build productive long-lasting relationships with customers · Meet personal and team sales targets · Follow up with sales leads · Attend meeting, sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments · Report and provide feedback to management weekly · Maintain and expand client database · Create plans to address clients' business needs · Advise clients on best products to suit their needs · Keep in regular contact with customers to ensure they are satisfied · Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate · Help sales team up-sell or cross-sell services and products · Ensure both the company and clients adhere to sales agreement terms, follow up on payments · Study competition to find new ways to retain customers · Set sales and revenue targets and work diligently to meet them · Collaborate with internal teams Salary: market related, based on experience Job Type: Full-time Salary: R5,000.00 to R8,000.00 /month Experience: sales: 2 years (Required)
