We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist for our Sales Team in our new offices in the Puls 5 building in downtown Zurich. In this position you will act as the primary contact for our clients, support them in their requests and create a positive experience. Tasks: Answering client’s inquiries about product and services via phone and email Solve client’s problems and manage their complaints and claims Analyzing and following up clients’ feedback Improving client experience and support in building up client relationship Being the connection between the different departments and the client Contributing to the new business implementation Issuing temperature read-outs upon request Supporting the Business Development and Key Account Management Team when required Requirements: Commercial apprenticeship or similar education 3 years’ experience in logistics, preferably in airfreight Use of IT systems (in-house, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Intercultural skills Language skills: DE, EN, any other language is an advantage Positive attitude Benefits: Interesting job profile entailing a lot of responsibility Interdisciplinary and diverse projects Global and international environment Possibility to work for an environmentally conscious company Unique possibility to actively shape processes For this demanding role we are looking for a well-organized and open person with a “can do” mentality who wants to support the Sales Team and SkyCell as a firm and help to develop it further.
