You will: We’re looking for an outstanding Creative Director to join Sky Creative Agency’s Advertising team https://www.skycreative.uk/ Reporting into the Executive Creative Director for Advertising, this is a senior role running a critical business vertical. The successful candidate will lead a multidisciplinary team on some of our most important TTL campaigns at Sky. You will have creative control of a piece of Sky business and line management of a number of creatives. – Develop new and unique ideas that push our brand forward. – Provide effective creative direction over TTL comms across all channels and ensure the highest standards of creative are maintained at all times. – Form and deliver creative and strategic objectives for a business vertical (working alongside Planning and Account Management). – Have strong conceptual and ideation skills, a flair for execution and an eye for detail. – Line manage a number of Creatives/Creative Teams – Be a great communicator, think strategically and take others with you. – Have a positive attitude, a love of problem solving and a desire to find solutions. – Be a brand guardian, ensuring work conforms to our Sky Masterbrand values. You’ll have: – A history of creating outstanding advertising and TTL campaigns where the idea is key – Proven excellence in creative origination and execution across all channels – Been responsible for a brand’s creative output – Proven experience of running a piece of business or being very much ready to do so – Proven experience in people management, mentoring and team leadership – Excellent strategic and conceptual thinker abilities – Strong Copywriting and/or Art Direction – The ability to think 360 and TTL So, what are you waiting for?
