What you’ll do to be sixt-cessful: Create employee and customer excitement Create standards of measurements and regular reporting to track progress towards quality management goals Monitor performance by gathering relevant data and producing reports Make suggestions for changes and improvements and how to implement them Use relevant quality tools and making sure managers and other staff understand how to improve the business Drive a customer service culture and work with branches to meet their service goals Oversee roll-outs of new technologies and processes through in person training and webinars Review reporting to ensure adherence to company standards in rental processes and incremental sales processes Maintain rapport with branch managers and upper management Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective processes Provide on-site training for new and existing locations Conduct quarterly audits of existing locations. What you’ll need: Bachelor’s degree required (business, project management, or related field) 2 years of professional experience, ideally in project and/or quality management Ability to travel up to 40% Exceptional organizational and project management skills and the ability to multitask Ability to quickly achieve proficiency with new software and technology platforms Strong interpersonal capabilities and ability to work cross-functionally with other leaders on sensitive and/or emotional issues Strong verbal and written communication skills Familiarity with project management methodology and processes Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
