Our SG&A finance team are responsible for ensuring that all operational costs across Six Degrees. Working with all Senior Management Teams to ensure correct and timely controls of all operational costs puts us in the best position to enable the brilliance of our clients. Based in our Studley offices, the role offers a unique experience for a part or newly qualified accountant to develop their accounting skills whilst at the same time helping to ensure that we have clear controls in place to allow the business to achieve it’s growth ambitions. The role requires a detailed approach to managing SG&A costs on a continuing basis to be able to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner so that we can provide a clear picture of our financial position at all times. With a specific focus on our people related costs, the role will have daily involvement with headcount costs, commissions payment plans as well as supporting the wider team with all SG&A related matters and forecast / P&L reviews. Continuing to develop our approaches allows a lot of scope for the successful individual to develop the role to be able to support the organisation as we continue to grow. Our ideal candidate for this role will be part-qualified CIMA/ACCA or have recently qualified as well as having a bachelors degree in Finance or a related discipline. Naturally as an assistant accountant you’ll be an excel guru with brilliant analytical skills to be able to provide the right data at the right time. Having a high attention to detail and being able to manage multiple priorities will be important for this person to deliver brilliant results in this role.
