Provide safe and timely transportation of people, documents and office equipment to the assigned destination. Support Maintenance Officer in the smooth running of assets in Singapore Red Cross by providing excellent and regular maintenance works. Seek out potential individual, corporate and/or private institution to organise fundraising activities for SRC benefits. To record, track and monitor all 3rd party fundraiser endorsed and approved by the SRC; To provide support (ops and admin) to 3rd party fundraiser organiser on need basis; Maintain and increase the no. of donation box participating organisation under the SRC donation box placement programme; Review operational and documentation SOPs periodically to ensure department efficiency administratively and operationally. Project Coordinator (1 Year Contract) Partnership and Development - Events & Corporate Relations Handle public enquiries for donation, sponsorship, community projects or overseas disaster appeals; Perform fundraising functions during overseas disaster appeal, when required. Participate/attend events as requested by Head/PD; Undertake any other duties as assigned by Head/PD.
