Roles & Responsibilities JOB SCOPE: Oversee all aspects of product development and user experience within the scope of all the projects. Work cross-functionally within a project squad to deliver the overall roadmap and timelines while fostering collaboration and communication. Establish project roadmap and integration with overall roadmap. Enforce customer-centricity in the product development cycle. Execute the product vision and strategy. Launch new products and enhance existing ones. Coordinate with the technology team and other stakeholders. Analyze product performance and derive associated action plans. Foster a close working relationship between product, technology, commercial and marketing teams. Drive consumer engagement and market share through product optimization by leveraging user-centric design and continuous conversion rate optimization programs. Execute across all phases of design work: define conceptual foundations, execute UX flows, apply visual design systems, prototype using a variety of tools and methods, participate or conduct usability testing, create production-ready designs and support multi-disciplinary teams during implementation. Ensure that the quality of implementation meets design requirements. REQUIREMENTS: At least 5 years of experience in product design and UX research in e-commerce and preferably healthcare app design. A digital portfolio that demonstrates conceptual thinking, dynamic user experiences, a data-driven mindset and a knack for designing web apps. Excellent communication skills and ability to convey design decisions to stakeholders across all departments. Experienced in visual and system design. Experience creating wireframes, user flows and UX architecture. Consideration for long-term sustainability in all design decisions, with a focus on engineering feasibility and business impact. Experience working with Sketch, prototyping and design tools such as Figma and Photoshop required.
