Roles & Responsibilities You will support a government-funded simulation and modelling project with a focus on optimising emergency medical systems using 3D modelling and simulation of built-up public spaces. You will drive the project and manage the team in conducting ethnographic & human factors design and research, as well as provide expertise in technical data analysis. You will also be responsible for the fusion and effective mining of large healthcare datasets to facilitate the identification of data gaps, conduct trend analysis and derive high-value actionable insights from the data. You are required to communicate with stakeholders on different approaches to a business challenge and/or requirement resulting from fruitful project outcomes. PhD in health services research related fields with at least 2 years of relevant experience. Experience in managing and supervising a small team Basic understanding of computational models, in particular agent-based modelling Team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask and work independently Excellent planning and communication skills Strong expertise in data analysis and quantitative research methods such as Python and/or R skills are preferred Strong qualitative research skills in ethnographic and human factors design Strong understanding of social science in the healthcare context would be an advantage
