Roles & Responsibilities Main activities: Control, test and measure as required by the working documents (CMM, internal repair method) by using appropriate metrological tools (millimetres, spectrum analysers, oscilloscopes, specific avionic test benches, ATC, DME ADF, etc.) Disassemble equipment in compliance with the constructor’s documentation and the CMM (Component Maintenance Manuel), Wash and strip the equipment’s parts, Elaborate with the coordinator a technical quotation for the refurbishing of the equipment: workforce, materials and delays, Replace defective element, repair and reassemble the equipment in compliance with the CMM Transmit the equipment file to Certifying staff Establish for each phase of the process, the needed documents for the repaired equipment’s traceability, Manage Avionic section to ensure SCS quality standard application Ensure all working procedures, applicable document and standards are followed Liaise with QA and workshop/production manager to ensure tooling and test equipment is in good condition Monitor, review and improve work performance, productivity and efficient workflow in the section. Ensure target TAT and OTD is fulfil within the cell. Provide support to team members in trouble shooting and problem solving. Liaise with engineering department. Ensure product knowledge is dispatch to all team members. Coordinate in technical training and monitor training requirements for the section. Provide with his/her team up to date repair status for daily production meetings. Perform scrap review with Engineering and dispatch the information to team members Follow up of all technical issue on avionic computers and electronic sub assembly and accessories at Production Support Production in order to improve their technical capabilities and troubleshoot/Level 2 & Level 3 Repair Implement procedures to improve reliability of component repaired in-house Answer to technical questions coming from technicians, customer support and some other support functions Develop or make development of new bench test in front of technical requirement defined on documentation Define or manage industrial means sourcing and necessary toolings for shop development Job requirements: Diploma or Degree in Engineering Holder of relevant CAAS papers. Certified approval holder 5 year of experience in Avionic component and technology Trained on all PN of the concerned cell Open-minded with leadership skills in building, maintaining and motivating an effective team. Good communication and analytical skills Knowledge of 5S and lean continuous improvement method
