Solar Systems and Spray Foam Insulation Basic Salary plus uncapped commission P & D Sales Direct We are actively seeking Sales Executive’s nationwide. Preferably you will have experience in Solar PV Systems and ready to hit the ground running. Are you currently working in the Solar PV market in Ireland or if you have previously worked with a Solar PV company we would be interested in hearing from you. Fed up trying to sell over priced systems? Not getting a consistent stream of leads? Calling out to leads that are not properly qualified? Constant gaps in your Monday to Friday diary? Sitting at home on a Sunday night not knowing if you have work on a Monday morning? Then talk to us We have the opportunities to keep your pipeline full. Earnings: your commission is uncapped. Earn as much as you want. We pay a small basic weekly retainer to keep you ticking over at the very beginning. If you have the hunger and desire then the money will come pouring in. You will be provided with solar leads and spray foam leads on a daily basis. You will also have a package to offer the commercial and agricultural market so you can get out and prospect for business and fill the time between appointments. You will have the backing of a team with over 10 years experience in Solar PV installation across many countries. You will be presenting the benefits of the products, you'll carry out a short survey of the building, present a price for the solution that best suits the client's needs and then ask for an order. About You You will need to be instantly likeable and know how to build and maintain rapport, a fast learner, a good listener and a great communicator. Sales experience presenting products with their features and benefits as well as negotiating and closing are minimum requirements. You must have a driving licence, your own transport and be fluent in English.
