Based in Milton Keynes, full time permanent role - hours 9am - 5.30pm Are you currently an Estate Agent or working in the Property Sector and interested in starting an exciting legal career? Simply Conveyancing are looking to recruit Legal Assistants who have an Estate Agent and/or property backgrounds. Successful colleagues will have a "can-do" attitude, great customer service with the ability to communicate at all levels, and the drive and determination to exceed targets. Our Legal Assistants work with and support Conveyancers to progress their caseload from instruction to exchange, ensuring that targets are met. You will be training in various legal tasks to include dealing with pre-contract enquiries, carrying out money laundering and ID checks and communicating and building strong relationships with our clients and third parties.
