Work you’ll do Robotic Process Automation (RPA) provides a basis for taking on a lot of mundane, repetitive tasks and freeing up time for the employees to focus on more meaningful work, which leads to better productivity, greater innovation and stronger business results. However, it is not enough to continue looking only at the automation of tasks. Businesses are looking to add intelligence to automation technology, where it can start to think like people think and analyze the way people analyze. As a Technology Manager with SimplifyNext, you would focus on the next generation of automation and reshape the future of work at the confluence of RPA, artificial intelligence and analytics. You would work on the leading RPA platforms, integrate them with AI solutions for computer vision and natural language processing, and use analytics to gain insights on both the processes and robots themselves. You’ll be part of a team delivering end-to-end advisory and implementation services on the above-mentioned areas. You would assess automation opportunities for a specific area of the client’s business, select the right set of automation technologies, define the automation operating model and the roadmap and build the business case for the client’s automation journey. You will deliver proof of value or pilot projects, or a large-scale deployment. You would typically work in small teams comprising of your colleagues and client personnel. Your responsibilities would include: Manage project teams within a technical project supervisor as well as a people manager capacity Ensure smooth delivery of projects within timelines and manage resources appropriately Build long-term relationship with our clients Shape deals with clients and follow up with them to ensure great results thereby improving client relationship / expectations Paricipate in project budgeting and staffing activities based on SimplifyNext's methodology and standards Identify and mange new business opportunities for SimplifyNext Contribute to setting the strategic direction for the Technology practice within SimplifyNext Qualifications Bachelor's Degree with 5 to 8 years’ experience at a consulting or a technology organization Excellent communications and inter-personal skills, and passion to deliver quality work Proficient in VB.NET and/or C#, with a good understanding of object-oriented programming Development Lead / Development Experience with good programming, designing, coding, testing and debugging skills Strong logical approach and problem-solving skills Experience in leading either a small project or a workstream in a large project, including client stakeholder interactions and managing own team About Our Company We are a consulting and technology company, which has been formed by leading consulting practitioners to build an agile practice that delivers value to our clients at speed, mentors and grooms the next generation of consulting practitioners and technology experts and boosts a culture of creativity and happiness at work.
