Responsibilities Full-cycle recruitment process Sourcing and Screening candidates Implement search strategies that include social media and job boards to attract candidates Coordinate Technical Interviews between the candidate and respective Technical Leads or Hiring Managers Review, assess, and provide feedback on candidates Offer negotiation and contracting Utilize applicant tracking systems and sourcing channels such as LinkedIn, Indeed and other job boards to identify professional talent. Plans recruiting and hiring efforts on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. Host job fair events to attract professional level candidates (as needed) Requirements: 1-2 years of experience in Full-cycle recruitment process Experience with recruitment in IIT industry Advanced English Skills Negotiation skills Sense of responsibility and urgency Desire to learn and great learning capability Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field, equal level of experience would be considered.
