Your extensive knowledge of our products and services will help you manage each portion of every transaction, which builds client trust in both yourself and the company. Responsibilities and Duties Respond to inbound inquiries and convert to new customers Build relationships and identify repeat business opportunities Provide courteous and professional service via telephone and email to current and potential customers Recognize opportunities to promote and sell our products Create and modify orders, assist customers with ordering process Resolve customer issues by providing solutions which are mutually beneficial Assist customers with inquiries relating to: payment, shipping, orders, accounts, policies and products Collaborate with other staff and departments to ensure a truly great customer experience Various other duties as required Qualifications and Skills Friendly, outgoing team player who can talk to anyone about anything Self motivated, competitive Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Excel and Word Comfortable learning and using new software packages Excellent time management skills, able to balance many different tasks Job Type: Full-time Salary: $48,000.00 to $55,000.00 /year Job Type: Full-time Salary: $48,000.00 to $55,000.00 /year
