Install and configure POS hardware, operating systems and applications Monitor and maintain POS systems and networks Talk staff or clients through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the phone, to help set up systems or resolve issues Troubleshoot system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults Replace parts as required Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports Following diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system Support the roll-out of new applications Set up new users' accounts, menu and profiles and deal with password issues Respond within agreed time limits to call-outs Work continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate) Prioritise and manage many open cases at one time Rapidly establish a good working relationship with customers and other professionals, such as software developers Test and evaluate new technology To do data migration for customer account To manage installation and related schedule and work with sales team Produce and provide monthly reports, presentations and briefs to Lead Technical Support /Operation Manager. To be responsible to any ad-hoc assignment by superior officer. REQUIREMENT Minimum Diploma and above Communication skills both written and oral with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external customers Strong analytical and problem solving skills Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia and English Able to work on shift hours Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM1,800.00 to RM2,500.00 /month Experience: technical support: 1 year (Preferred) Education: Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred) Location: Bangi (Preferred) Language: Bahasa (Preferred) Mandarin (Preferred)
