Exciting Challenges Build up a professional, competent and cost-effective supply chain in all countries. Support is given by the Regional SC team members and the local Operations organization. Define and implement lean supply chain business processes in all areas of supply chain. Challenge current practices by instruction of best demonstrated practices. Continuously analyzing the local, area and regional supply chains for optimized cost and service level. Introduce best tools (e.g. warehouse and transportation module) to support above business processes and change Set up efficiency programs in selected supply chains across the region Assure lean processes are implemented in the ERP (AX dynamics). These processes are the blue print for the upcoming transformation from Dynamics AX to SAP environment. Drive and further develop the Regional Supply Chain Academy program We Need Your Skills Bachelor’s or master’s degree in supply chain or Operations management, logistics, or business administration; with APICS/SCOR training is an advantage At least ten years’ experience in Supply Chain Management in a multi-national business environment with at least five years in a senior position Exposure to Manufacturing preferably in the Chemical Industry or similar Familiar with all Supply Chain processes (Planning, Purchasing, Inventory, Warehouse & Transportation) Maintains a total cost perspective with a lean manufacturing mindset Holistic view and approach by including import, export, manufacturing footprint, warehouse locations, inbound and outbound freight etc. Good analytical thinking paired with understanding of the enterprise economics Excellent interpersonal and social skills Excellent communication skills in both oral and written Must be able to travel frequently between countries in the Asia Pacific region as required Building Trust Every Day Trust is the most important thing for us.
