Cooperating with Department Managers aimed to identify company needs in junior specialists, professional staff growth, new competencies expansion, etc. Selecting and preparing juniors according to the requirements and company needs on a permanent basis Organizing and coordinating the internship process inside and outside the company Coordinating and developing beneficial relationship between the company and partners (high school, commercial training centers, government and non-government organizations) to attract the best talents: Organizing and coordinating educational events. Conducting presentations and master classes Cooperating with professor’s staff at high schools Developing and maintaining advertisement campaigns in high schools to sustain the company’s positive image on the job market Analyzing the effectiveness of events and offer suggestions for improvements Maintaining our brand image in universities in line with company strategy Higher education Experience at a similar position from 2 years Work experience in a high school or/and IT area Strong experience with MS Office, Internet English level – Intermediate and above Ability to multitask and manage time effectively High level of self-organization and organizational skills Excellent communication and presentation skills Goal-oriented and attention to details Courage to take initiative in unfamiliar circumstances
