What will you do? Siemens Global Business Services (GBS) Canada is looking for a Business Process and Data Analyst to support its Hire to Retire Business Line and other Business Lines as needed. This role is responsible for, driving continuous improvement (i.e. digitization projects/activities), end-to-end process mapping and data analysis as well as service delivery optimization within GBS H2R organization. The incumbent will interface with key GBS staff in the region, outsourced service providers and Siemens businesses to perform the analysis of current processes and to identify opportunities for high impact effective solutions. Leading or supporting process improvements, optimizations, and transformation projects that impact the H2R Business Line including but not limited to, performing end-to-end reviews of complex processes, analyzing significant amounts of data from multiple sources, performing root cause analysis, assessing service delivery models and drafting formal process reference documentation. Understand current trends and incorporate subject matter expertise to deliver impactful and innovate solutions. Identify issues / problems in processes and suggest technology based optimal solutions Build relationships and sell the importance of Business Excellence/Continuous Improvement to the business Serving as change management agent within the business line. Contribute to special projects as needed. What will you need to succeed? Degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field 3-5-years related experience in Business Process and Data Analysis Certification in related field preferred Functional expertise in general payroll and shadow payroll is required Formal consulting experience in an operations environment preferred (internal engagements suffice) Demonstrated experience in data analytics for process improvement, process mining and process consulting. Basic knowledge of Accounting and Controlling is required Working knowledge of SAP Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel and Access Strong communication and presentation skills, detail oriented, stakeholder focused and be able to handle multiple deliverables with close deadlines. Strong analytical skills with ability to collect, organize and analyze significant amounts of information with attention to completeness, accuracy and reliability. About us.
