Overview We have an exciting opportunity for a project management professional to join an established team in Borgo San Dalmazzo (CN), Italy to develop transversally the new ERP system (SAP2000), according to the project management requirements and be included in the ERP team based in our Milano office. Our role is available on a 8-month fixed term contract starting at the beginning of March. The Project Order Management Key User (POM_KU) has responsibility for providing excellent Project Accounting Management for the new ERP implementation whilst complying with the site operations. Main responsibilities: Communicates with Borgo San Dalmazzo team and learn the main flow processes and ensure a customized implementation of the Project Order Management according to the Workshop business requirements. Communicates with internal country departments (Finance, Customer Service, Procurement, Production Planning and Plant Maintenance) involved in the implementation and follow a way of working in line with customer and legal requirements. Provides Project Management support and optimization including, but not limited to scheduling, organising and setting up the proper roles according to the segregation of duties. Acts as the first line of service for the implementation adapting as much as possible to the world of Project Accounting/Management in the Sibelco Workshop Accurately administers master data, ensuring accurate, timely implementation of data Skills, experience and competencies required: Demonstrate experience in project management and technical activities within a multi-national and interdisciplinary organization Degree educated ideally in an engineering, business administration or project management related discipline Import/Export experience would be advantageous Good influencing skills Strong relationship and team building skills Experience of ERP systems would be a plus Languages: Italy and English is essential and must be fluent Availability to travel frequently to the main locations of the project (Borgo San Dalmazzo_IT, Milano_IT, Antwerp_BE) depending on the phases of the implementation Our Offer Sibelco offers a compelling culture in which people thrive and perform at their best across diverse nations and roles, where employees are challenged to explore possibilities and are recognized for their contribution to the company's successes.
