As one of the leading fashion e-commerce retailers in the country, Showpo is on the lookout for a Head of Digital Marketing to take our business through the next phase of growth. In this role you’ll be responsible for leading the digital marketing team, taking ownership of all digital channels and assets, and being accountable for our digital growth globally. About the role This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of one of Australia’s largest digital and social brands. It’s a fun, hands on, yet also strategic leadership role - from overseeing the creation of Australia’s most shared memes, through to heading up our global acquisition strategy, no two days will be the same! We’re working in a fast paced and agile culture so you’ll be challenged to stay ahead of the curve. Your main focus will be the development and implementation of the global digital strategy while cultivating a high-performance culture within the digital marketing team and beyond. About you You’re a seasoned digital marketer with 3+ years experience in a Head of Digital Marketing role You’ve got retail digital leadership experience in e-commerce, beauty or fashion Data is your second language - you can formulate insights and implement digital marketing strategies to drive profitable growth Scaling brands into global markets... you’ve done it before and can do it again! You’ve got experience leading and managing a high-performance team You’re more than just a leader and strategist, you have specialist experience across all digital marketing areas, in particular search, paid, SEO, CRM, social - orchestrating them all to scale the business You’re commercially minded - nothing you do matters unless it drives profitability from your initiatives You’re confident in taking on our top performing meme champions at culturally trending moments And most importantly, your approach to work aligns with our company culture: think big, get s**t done and have fun.
