Responsibilities: Greeting & seating guests, taking and filling orders, fulfilling guest requests Answering phone and responding to any guest reservation Acquiring and maintaining extensive knowledge of all food and beverage menus, methods of preparation, presentation, ingredients and service times including food, wine & service tests Attend and participate in all pre-service meetings and scheduled operations meetings Responding to guest requests and concerns in a personal, prompt and courteous manner whether on the phone or in person Inform guests of special promotions or daily special features Clear all tables properly and discreetly in accordance with service standards Recommending beverages that compliment a meal Utilize the POS. system efficiently, accurately and effectively when placing food & beverage orders or posting payments Any other tasks as assigned by Food & Beverage Leadership Team Other Key Skills: Must have the ability to stand for long periods of time as well as bend, squat and lift 40 lbs. on a regular and continuing basis and occasionally lift up to 75 lbs. Passionate about customer care. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal). Attention to detail. Team player. Smart serve certification Previous serving experience Available to work day and evening shifts any day of the week, weekends including holidays (based on seniority). Bilingualism will be considered an asset.
