Website : www.icecool.com.sg Job Requirement Person shall own-up,plan,manage & lead accounts & finance related transactions Shall assist to manage the full set of accounts Shall meet the stipulated deadlines for variois transactions like weekly/monthly reports(P&L, CASH-FLOW,BALANCE SHEET,AR,AP etc),GST return ETC. Shall manage the invoicing ,AR/AP in an efficient manner Shall ensure the compliance of best accounting practice and be supporting the end of the year audit processed If required,shall manage the monthly payroll,submit EPF,SOCSO,SIP&other related transactions within the stipulated time-lines Responsible for miscellaneous transactions like expenses claim management,time-sheet management,health/corporate insurance premiums etc. Requirement Work independently with minimum guidelines Must be able to handle workload Able to handle Stress, is organise and ensure timeline are meet Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent. Required skill(s): sap business one, interpersonal skills, man management, HR Skills. At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting , Banking/Financial Services or equivalent. Working Hours: Mon-Fri 8:30am - 5:45pm, Sat 8:30am - 12:30pm(Alternate Sat) Company Transport daily from MRT Station in West Work Location : Tuas Full-Time position(s) available. Job Type: Full-time Salary: $3,500.00 to $4,500.00 /month Experience: accounting: 1 year (Preferred) Location: Singapore (Preferred)
