Shendish Manor Hotel & Golf Course is recruiting for a Food and Beverage Supervisor The successful Food and Beverage Supervisor needs to display strong leadership and problem-solving experience. Customer service and organisational skills and have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with diverse personnel, such as food vendors, chefs, restaurant managers and all waiting staff. Self-motivation, the ability to work in teams and multi-tasking are other important capabilities for the correct Food and Beverage Supervisor. Along with these skills, it is essential for the Food and Beverage Supervisor to demonstrate the following: · Create and design food and drink menus · Ensure adherence to food sanitation and safety guidelines · Maintain food and drink inventory · Resolve customer complaints or concerns · Lead by example · Delivering on the job training to team members · Good knowledge of food & beverage · Ensure procedure sheets are completed Salary to be advised Benefits: Discounted/free food Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Permanent Experience: Supervisor: 1 year (Preferred) Hospitality: 2 years (Required) Education: A-Level or equivalent (Preferred)
