What We’re Looking For… Currently, we are seeking a full-time Volunteer Coordinator to join our team! This person will be responsible for continually cultivating Shell Point volunteer programs and opportunities that offer high quality experiences for participants, as well as provide volunteer assistance in appropriate areas of need throughout the organization.He/she will display a strong public relations role in program promotion (SPTV and Shell Point Life Magazine), including contributing written communication pieces to the SP Life, Weekly Reminder, Pavilion Press, and promotional flyers. Additionally, he/she will develop opportunities for volunteering in Lee County and surrounding communities. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of programming experience in a senior population, as well as 1-3 years of experience working with a volunteer program. Previous experience in recruitment and training of senior volunteers strongly preferred.
