Strong understanding of Mac and Windows end user operating systems * Ability to communicate effectively on IT specific issues * Ability to perform system testing in a development environment Knowledge of and experience with Google Suite * Knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work individually or within a team to support and deliver support requirements Have a demonstrated understanding of PC and Server hardware and system support in an enterprise environment Be a self-starter with the ability to handle assigned tasks (including learning new technologies) with minimal supervision Experience providing desk side support. Ability in troubleshooting skills including hardware, software, printer and network etc. Able to resolve Windows OS Issues and Errors Basic Network troubleshooting skills and knowledge (mainly Cisco) Microsoft Active Directory experience Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences Proven sense of customer service Good organizational skills- including knowing when to raise issues Some experience with support and administration of telephones (PBX and/or VoIP system) Contract length: 24 months Job Types: Full-time, Contract Salary: Rs25,000.00 /month Experience: IT Support: 3 years (Preferred)
