Optimally utilizing the budget allocated for performance appraisal and ensuring employee satisfaction. Development of an employee-oriented company culture which focuses on quality, high performance and development of key employee retention. Line managing HR team as appropriate including performance appraisal, promotions etc. Create and implement strong performance management and ensuring a thorough follow up. Maintain an up-to-date file record of employees. Create and implement HR policies and procedures of the company from time to time. Monitor and advice on disciplinary and grievance matters which in accordance with the company’s policies and procedure. Look after payroll management independently.
