Good day! Servicio Filipino Inc. is currently looking for a Safety Officer II to be assigned at West Avenue, Quezon City. The Job Description and Qualifications are as follows: Job Description: Supporting the development of OHS policies and programs Advising and instructing on various safety-related topics (noise levels, use of machinery, etc.) Conducting risk assessment and enforcing preventative measures. To facilitate compliance with Construction Occupational safety and health (COSH) guidelines. Provide advice on measures to minimize hazards or unhealthy situations. As well as be on a constant lookout for violations. Swears by OSH regulations. Focus on prevention. Detail-oriented and ready to act in emergencies. Conduct risk assessment and enforce preventative measures Prepare reports on occurrences and provide statistical information to upper management Record and investigate incidents to determine causes and handle worker’s compensation claims Stop any unsafe acts or processes that seem dangerous or unhealthy Oversee installations, maintenance, disposal of substances, etc. Inspect premises and the work of personnel to identify issues or non-conformity (e.g. not using protective equipment) Review existing policies and measure and update according to legislation Job Qualification: Must be a Graduate of BS Engineering or any related course Must have 3 years work meaningful and related experience With BOSH/COSH certification is a requirement Willing to travel or work on all project sites – Nationwide Capacity to meet deadlines and actively prepare reports Willing to start immediately Interested applicants can apply through Indeed or walk-in directly in our office located at Ground Floor, Servicio Filipino Building, 105 West Avenue, Brgy.
