Restoration Scheduling Coordinator ServiceMaster Restore of the Fraser Valley is looking for an energetic, detail oriented individual to fill an immediate opening of Scheduling Coordinator out of our Abbotsford location. ServiceMaster Restore provides emergency response, restoration and reconstruction services to the insurance industry, residential and commercial customers. We offer a wide range of services that remediate conditions caused by fire, flood, wind, mould, and other hazards. Position Summary The Scheduling Coordinator works directly with the Production Manager and is responsible for maintaining our internal system with all job-related information and tracking jobs through to completion. The Scheduling Coordinator also assists with prioritizing and scheduling the field technician’s daily duties. Key Responsibilities Receiving work orders and assisting Production Manager with job scheduling, dispatching and coordination Keeping the Job Management System updated, entering new information as available Maintaining and managing ongoing schedule of jobs, ensuring we are tracking equipment used, access and other dispatch info Uploading all relevant documentation and forms Communicating with other departments on job status Ensuring all site documents are uploaded Managing technician timesheets Providing dispatch support as required Providing On call support as required Requirements 3-5 years relevant administrative and scheduling experience Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Outlook & Word Experience with Encircle an asset Experience in the Restoration or Construction industry preferred Water Remediation Technician (WRT) certification an asset Skills & Knowledge Strong computer skills Excellent organizational skills including multi-tasking and time management Detail oriented Make-it-happen mentality Flexibility and adaptability to deal with constantly changing schedules Investigative mind Reasons to Apply Employee retention and engagement is important to ServiceMaster Restore Fraser Valley Competitive wage - $19/hr - $24/hr Extended Health & Dental benefits after 3 months RRSP / Deferred Profit Share plan after 1 year Work phone provided Fun, family work environment with Company breakfasts and team building events
