Designation -Finance Executive Qualification: -B.Com/M.Com/MBA Experience: 3+ Year Salary: - As per interview Responsibilities - Manage all invoicing to clients across our global client base. Maintain the master legal documents for all clients and to ensure that invoices are raised in accordance to contract on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis as well as on- demand as required. Maintain the electronic and hard copy filing system of invoices and contracts as well as client contact information. Creating and presenting weekly/monthly/ annual reports to management on cash flows. Following up with the client base – domestic and/or international - on a regular basis as a part of SOP for payment and purchase orders over phone calls/emails to ensure prompt collection of receivables. Be a great team player, experienced in working with global teams. The ability to collaborate closely with Sales and Operational teams is a must. Skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English is a pre-requisite · Proficient in Computer tools – MS Office/Online platform including Zoho Accounting. · Good bookkeeping and document management skills · Strong time management skills and multi-tasking experience.
