Our main efforts are focused on non-invasive and continuous real-time monitoring of patient ventilation and oxygenation. Products and Services Respiratory Care An increasing percentage of the population has lung diseases, which affect the airways, the ventilation and perfusion of the alveoli, and can lead to severe respiration disorders because of impaired gas exchange. To support an early and proper diagnosis and to guide respiration therapy, such as non-invasive ventilation, physicians need real time continuous monitoring solutions. Tailored data analysis tools and the connectivity to hospital’s hard- and software infrastructure improves the daily workflow. SenTec’s Digital Monitoring System with V-Sign™ Sensor is accurate, robust and reliable, patient-friendly and easy to use for monitoring of tcPCO2 and SpO2/PR. The connectivity to 3rd party systems, such as leading Polysomnographic Systems, and the proprietary V-STATS™ software allows for insightful data analysis. Neonatal Intensive Care An increasing number of babies are born too early with premature lungs and related risk of infant respiratory distress syndrome. These neonatal patients often require respiration therapies such as mechanical ventilation and supplemental oxygen. To guide these therapies and to avoid severe complications, such as brain damage or blindness, physicians need real time continuous monitoring solutions. Frequent invasive blood sampling can be reduced or avoided. SenTec’s Digital Monitoring System, with OxiVent™ and V-Sign™ Sensors, is safe, accurate and easy to use for continuous monitoring of tcPCO2 and tcPO2 (OxiVent™ only) levels in neonatal patients. International expansion With regulatory approvals in Europe (CE), USA (FDA), important Asian-Pacific and Latin-American countries and 44 distributors in 80+ countries SenTec has a wide geographical footprint. We foresee additional geographic growth and market expansion in the coming years. Regulatory approvals in China (2017) and Brazil (2017) will allow SenTec to access to additional markets with high growth potential. With the establishment of a direct sales force in the North American markets SenTec strives to accelerate the growth in the US and Canada and to partner directly with leading hospitals. Building a leader in oxygenation and ventilation monitoring The singular focus on TCM is unique and allows SenTec to dedicate all resources to this market segment, unlike competitors who offer TCM as only one part of a broader product portfolio.
