Rolleston Reference: 5048687 Set up and issue LIMs as you liaise with customers, solicitors and agents gaining valuable exposure to Council processes, legal documents and the Public Records Act. Support our internal and external customers with your superior customer service and administration skills as part of our Records Team. Research and locate property information, generate LIMs in line within statutory timeframes and provide accurate and timely customer service as you work with a variety of customers. Your organised nature sees you providing efficient and accurate administration in relation to property files, archives, scanning and filing. Work with knowledgeable teams across the organisation as you monitor data quality ensuring our records remain accurate. Efficient, you are able to work to timeframes and manage your workload effectively. Focused, you will be at ease maintaining a high level of detail at all times and be comfortable undertaking repetitive tasks. It goes without saying that you have worked in deadline focused administration roles before and your sense of humour means you will get on well with the team.
