Responsible for the short and long term planning of the food and beverage operations in line with the company’s vision; and manages the front and back of house operations to achieve customer satisfaction and quality service while meeting or exceeding financial goals. The role involves managing and achieving of profit and quality for all food and beverage operations in Malaysia / Indonesia. Responsibilities: Business Operations Work closely with top management in strategic planning of business segment to achieve business goals Responsible for overall operations including and not limited to revenue and cost management, people management, procurement management, customer service management Analyse with Marketing department on trends and develop business plans to drive profits Establish and maintain strategic business partner relationships (e.g. external vendors) Work closely with Business Development department on the setting up of new restaurants Work with contractors, suppliers and relevant agencies to ensure timely opening of restaurants Identify and implement technology and procedures to improve work processes and uplift productivity level Customer Service Strategize service operations processes to achieve service excellence People Management Develop manpower planning and budget on workforce requirements Oversee all employees related matters including but not limited to talent management, performance management, training and development, compensation and disciplinary matters In-charge of recruitment and selection of new hires (restaurant managers and above) Motivate and lead the team members to meet organizational goals Adhering to Quality and Standards Manage compliance with F&B hygiene policies and procedures Ensure full compliance with food and occupational safety regulations Enforce and sure upholding of hygiene and safety standards at all restaurants Skills/Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the capacity of Senior Management Strong leadership qualities and able to promote team spirit and motivate the whole team Keen sense of business acumens Good people management skills Location in Indonesia: Ruko Pluit Mas blok DD no. 1, Penjaringan, Pluit, Jakarta Utara Job Type: Full-time Salary: Rp37,000,000 to Rp43,000,000 /month Language: chinese (Required)
