Job Responsibilities: Ensure efficient and effective daily operations of the facilities management services of high-rise commercial buildings. Plan, manage, maintain and monitor the maintenance services of the assigned buildings effectively and efficiently to ensure a safe environment for all occupants/ tenants. Lead, maintain and manage the maintenance manpower and resources effectively and efficiently in execution of daily operations. Advise and manage occupants/ tenants' renovation works procedures before the commencement of the actual renovation to conform to company's safety guidelines and policies. Manage the external maintenance contractors effectively. Maintain all properties and equipment managed by/ belonging to the Company. To have practical knowledge and/ or hands-on experience in running the emergency evacuation, fire drills and safety procedures for buildings Evaluate and monitor the performance of service providers/ contractors. Attend to complaints or enquiries expediently and maintain good rapport with building tenants and/ or owners. Job Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English At least 7 year(s) of working experience in supervisory role for high-rise commercial building maintenance services. Good reporting, training and development of subordinates, communication and customer relationship building skills. Preferably Managers specializing in Maintenance/Facilities Management or equivalent. Immediate vacancy available.
