Specialization: Proactive Monitoring of the customer Securonix environments for any issues. Learn and use ground-breaking technologies. Perform initial triage and log analysis of technical issues to analyse problems and develop solutions to meet customer needs. Determine the best approach for resolving complex technical issues that will yield the desired turn-around time and optimal customer solution while minimizing the impact to the customer. Engage and collaborate with other Securonix resolver groups, including escalation teams and the Engineering/R&D Team, in gaining resolution to critical, complex issues. Maintain strong working knowledge of all related products, technologies and upcoming releases. Ability to distil, prioritize and act on feedback from a variety of sources. Requirements Great interpersonal and communication skills-both oral and written-and success in partnering with groups inside and outside of Securonix. Participate in planned team-wide shift rotations to cover business needs, including 24x7 responsibilities and weekend work. Proficient in Linux OS, Databases, Exposure to security concepts, AWS and Hadoop. Must be self-motivated, with a sense of urgency and efficiency and a strong work ethic. Able to proactively and independently resolve issues, yet also function well within a team. ITIL Certification is an added advantage.
