The Role We are looking for a talented FP&A Analyst as we expand and bring our platform into new markets across the country! As FP&A Analyst, you're responsible for the financial budget and forecasting in a complex 3-sided business model, owning the revenue model, business and financial modeling, risk analysis, and long-term business planning. You will also be evaluating business performance and doing key analyses that are strategic and of high importance to senior management. A successful candidate will be able to develop trusted relationships with key leaders across the organization and become the go-to for internal financial decision support. This role reports to the VP of Finance. You must thrive in a fast-paced, team-based, and results-focused environment and bring strong analytical thinking combined with communication, analytical, and leadership skills. What You'll Do Partner closely with key stakeholders across the business and drive the FP&A function as a proven center of analytical excellence to support financial discipline and thoughtfulness. Improve daily, weekly and monthly internal reporting to key stakeholders. Partner with VP Finance and Controller on the operating budget process, track and report on performance relative to plan, and manage ongoing rolling forecast updates. Build and iterate on financial models covering all aspects of Seated's operations that will enable effective decision making regarding the company's revenue growth strategy, cost structure. Establish, track and monitor key operating metrics used to drive the business to greater efficiency. Collaborate with operating teams and provide fact-based recommendations that support revenue growth targets and improve profitability, operating efficiency and effectiveness. Assist in preparation of materials for Board of Director meetings, Investor requests etc. Manage and own unit cost economics (LTV, CAC, LTV/CAC) of the business. Assist in key month-end activities to provide oversight of completeness and accuracy of the monthly report. What you'll bring: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related. Entrepreneurial drive, excellent communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment. Strong financial acumen and applied knowledge of financial measures such as customer acquisition cost (CAC), payback period measurement, ROI, lifetime value (LTV) and related concepts. Advanced in Excel and financial modeling. Must have 2+ years of Analyst experience in Investment Banking, Venture Capital, or Private Equity or FP&A experience at a Technology company.
