Position: Project Manager Technologies: Agile, Prince, MS Project Localization: Brussels, Belgium Area: Project Form of employment: Permanent / B2B Experience Level: Professional / Senior Main tasks for the Project Manager will be: Managing the implementation of information systems, acquiring and utilizing the necessary resources and skills, within agreed parameters of cost, timescales, and quality Suggesting ideas for project strategies, planning, definition of tasks and deliverables, review of project deliverables, quality control, risk analysis and management, status reports, problem reporting and management systems, follow up and organization Leading the team in charge of project activities and review their deliverables Taking part in functional working groups and progress meetings Estimating costs, timescales and resource requirements for the successful completion of each project to agreed terms of reference Preparing and maintaining project and quality plans and tracks activities against the plan, provide regular and accurate reports Supervising costs, timescales and resources used Ensuring that delivered systems are implemented within criteria’s Taking care of the change control procedure gaining agreement for revisions to the project from project sponsors Presenting effective leadership skills for the project team Working with PM2 and AGILE The Candidate should have: A Master’s degree, 5 years of higher education or an equivalent number of years of IT professional experience (if the minimum number of years of education is not fulfilled, 2 years of professional experience will be considered as equivalent for 1 year of study) At least 9 years of professional experience in the field Ability to work with imposed deadlines Team-oriented, detail-oriented, efficient and solution-oriented attitude Superb analytical and problem solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Flexibility and ability to work independently and in a team Great English skills (written and spoken) The Candidate can expect: Permanent / B2B Contract Challenging job in an international and multilingual environment Professional development Attractive and competitive compensation
