By joining SOEL you will have the opportunity to work in an organisation that offers: Professional development Ongoing training Career progression Supported probation training Large support network Monthly and annual staff recognition We are seeking confident, caring educators to become part of our team and to: prepare, implement and evaluate appropriate programs for individual children or groups develop, implement and evaluate daily care routines ensure a clean and safe environment is maintained for both staff and children ensure that records are maintained accurately for each child ensure that the Centre’s policies and procedures are adhered to liaise with families supervise students on work placement. The successful applicant will: have a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or the equivalent. have a working with children card have a medical certificate confirming they are fit to work in children’s services or be willing to obtain one be well presented be willing to learn be able to work as part of a team Wages and bonuses are linked to qualifications and performance. Applicant must be able to work 37.5 hours Monday to Friday between the hours of 6.30am-6.00pm.
