Major Responsibilities: Key Support for all foundation events such as; Plaza, Grey Cup Fundraiser, Grey Cup 50 50 raffle, Behind the Scenes Event, women’s Group Launch and other Fundraising initiatives. Capture stories and testimonials for use with the Foundation Case of Support Support other organizational Rider or Rider Partner events and programs as needed Knowledge/Skills/Attributes: 2-3 years of post-secondary study towards business, marketing or a sports related degree Previous experience working in events would be considered an asset Proven skills managing multiple priorities Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced work environment with shifting priorities Proficiency in using PC software including Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, database management, internet based reporting systems, etc. Ability to demonstrate professionalism and maturity when responding to staff, players, corporate partners and the public Team oriented attitude with a “can do” service focus to achieve organizational results; and Must be available to work non-standard hours, including all 2020 Rider home games and Foundation events.
