Continuing along its highly successful growth trajectory, SFFedCU is seeking a Digital Banking System Administrator. This position is located at the corporate office location at 770 Golden Gate Ave. in San Francisco. Position Summary: The Credit Union’s Digital Banking Systems Administrator position is medium technical customer service and support role responsible for the administrative support and user maintenance of our digital banking platform. The position contributes to the profitability, growth, and reputation of the Credit Union by administering and maintaining digital banking services (Web App and Mobile Apps) by providing 2nd/3rd level support which is member-focused and supports our strategic growth objectives. Responsibilities include tracking system growth, capacity planning, implementing new features and functions, analyzing reports, and identifying new online channels to improve Member adoption and retention. Essential Functions and Responsibilities Collaborates with the Marketing department to ensure effective communication of current product promotions and initiatives on website. Participates and supports new product add-ons and collaborate with internal and external teams to develop and launch supporting enhancements to the web channel Evaluates and employs third party services to remediate technology-related problems. Support Members/Users and Troubleshoots the platform and/or applications on a variety of systems, browsers and platforms (Windows, Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Android & iOS). Performs systems maintenance tasks, such as system back-up, recovery user account maintenance, system reports and work with the Data Analyst to ensure data flow to the Warehouse. Schedules updates and tests system software upgrades as well as configures software and works with technical teams to resolve problems Monitors and maintains software licensing and maintenance agreements. Responds to high priority phone and written requests for Digital Banking Services assistance. Interfaces with staff to integrate electronic channels within the organization via education and training. Requirements: Minimum two (2) years’ experience in digital systems, preferably in a financial institution with a thorough knowledge of Microsoft operating systems.
