We are looking for an experienced and skilled professional to lead a leisure boating business in Goa. You will be responsible to manage the business development programmes and increase revenues. Responsibilities Ensure the business is running smoothly according to the policies of the company Provide maximum input to the company and increase output through strategic planning Overall revenue management and regulate the operations. Team Management and evaluate the employees on the basis of performance. – Administration & Operations: Oversee financials, commercials, inventory management and maintenance. –Business Development: Ensure all events, leads, customers are followed upon, be updated on site visits, vouchers, demo sails, partners engaged with, generate leads and deliver revenue, Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any other relevant field. Proven experience of of 8 to 15 years preferably in hospitality industry. Awareness of budget costing and policy making procedures. –Sales, Negotiations and presentation skills. –Leadership, result orientation, multi-tasking Proficient in Microsoft Office tools Excellent written & verbal communication Location: Goa.
