Training and Education We must go beyond the required or common anti-discrimination and anti-harassment training. To do so, we are enhancing our existing partnerships with the Nova Collective, a Black and woman-owned diversity, equity and inclusion consulting company. We believe listening and engaging in meaningful conversations on these issues is so crucial, and we plan to teach our leaders, business partners and our Diversity and Inclusion Council how to engage in meaningful conversations to shift behaviors within our teams focused on racial justice, equality in the community and within our company. Ultimately, we want every associate and customer to feel welcome, respected and valued when they interact with our Company.
