Job duties: Assist to work with frontline sales staff/ RM in account opening and client onboarding process, including review documents, CDD data and reports, conduct media search, prepare first draft on Source of Wealth assessment, Source of Fund and follow up the process until completion Assist to work with frontline sales in related CDD reviews (regular review, review upon triggered events and review triggered by internal or external alert) Assist to establish and implement guidelines/procedures concerning account opening, client onboarding, CDD review and transaction monitoring (TM) Assist to perform ongoing TM as defined in relevant guidelines Create / review database, ensure the quality of CDD and customer data input Administer CDD documents maintenance, scanning, updating and safekeeping Participate in system development projects such as UAT Prepare MIS report on Private Banking AML risk control and minimize the risk Support operations functions & provide assistance on ad hoc operation issues Job requirements: Degree holder in Business or Finance Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as well as transaction monitoring in financial institution Ability of multi-tasking Good analytical skill and self-motivated Applicants with less experience can be considered as “Senior Officer” Interested parties please send your detail resume in MS WORD format with current and expected salary through “APPLY NOW” All data collected will be used for recruitment purpose only & will be used strictly confidential Only shortlisted candidates will be notified
