Roles & Responsibilities Join our dynamic team that fuses rehab and fitness principles with cutting-edge technologies to deliver an exciting one-of-a-kind programme for stroke recovery. Selected trainers will perform personalized one-on-one training with stroke survivors and interface with rehab-fitness team. He/she will participate in hands-on training to learn use of new technologies, learn new concepts in neuroscience and practice state of the art personal training methodology. Duties and Responsibilities Carry out prescribed therapy and/or programmes activities as instructed by therapist. Assist with client assessment. Prepare gym and setup equipment or logistics for activities and programmes Motivate clients and caregivers through rehab programmes. Assist with housekeeping duties for the gym and multi-purpose activity areas Maintain inventory of equipment Prepare / document / retrieve / file patients records Perform basic data entry Any other duties assigned by Therapist/supervisor Job Requirements Diploma in Sports & Exercise Sciences or relevant disciplines. Preferably 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in healthcare sector with direct experience working with stroke survivors. Formal physiotherapy training is preferred. Must have an interest to work with elderly and persons with disabilities. Patient, gentle disposition with empathy and strong listening skills. A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills. Able to converse in English and at least one other local language. Personal commitment to continuous professional learning and growth.
