STAUFF Corporation are a globally respected manufacturer of precision hydraulic components, and seek an appropriately experienced Branch Manager for our New Zealand operations. Reporting to the General Manager – Business Development, your primary responsibilities will include: Leading a small team of professionals Ensure health and safety is the number one priority Managing day to day operational priorities Developing trusting relationships with current and potential customers Coordination and maintenance of assets Ensure operational resources are fully utilised and contribute to future growth Provide direction, leadership and guidance to ensure services are delivered to required standards Facilitation of continuous improvement culture Promote a positive workplace culture As New Zealand Manager you will be responsible for managing priorities and motivating the NZ based team to achieve the entity business plan. You will also contribute to the company’s broader strategic direction through your innovation, engagement and commitment. Previous leadership experience is required, and exposure to the Hydraulic industry will be helpful, as will relevant business qualifications. This exciting role requires a proactive leadership style with excellent people and organisation skills.
