We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Intern to join our Sales Office at our Hotel Helvetia & Bristol in Florence. The selected intern will have an opportunity to integrate with and support our Hotel Sales Team and develop experience and competencies especially within back office activities of a sales office. The internship program will be carried out as training on the job and will be mainly focused on: sales trip agenda programming F&B events mailing list mapping of all the events of the destination compilation of databases for mailing contacts with travel agents/TO/DMC Events MAGNEWS mailing activities with scheduling of each event and follow-up actions The ideal candidate must meet the following characteristics: good communication and interpersonal skills good command of the English language good knowledge of Office Package adaptability and flexibility The internship details are as follows: length of the internship: 6 months reimbursement allowance: € 500,00 (monthly) accommodation not available starting date: immediately Who we are… Starhotels, a private Italian hotel company operating in the upscale and upper scale & luxury sectors, is a market leader in the hospitality industry.
